Guided by our "cradle-to-cradle" philosophy for sustainable optimization of factory production, and driven by our mission to "protect the Earth with green products," we are committed to advancing resource recycling and low-carbon production through innovative technologies. We have established a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) system that covers raw material sourcing, production, usage, and recycling, with the aim of minimizing carbon emissions throughout the entire life cycle. By building a sustainable production system that spans from raw material acquisition to production, use, and final recycling, we promote a circular economy model designed to minimize waste and pollution.

Sustainable Material
  • 01Natural Substrates
    Utilizing renewable resources, we employ FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes) certified papers. These materials originate from sustainably managed forests.
  • 02 Biodegradable Solutions
    Our PLA corn-starch based series demonstrates biodegradation characteristics. Under controlled conditions, these products show significant material breakdown within 60 days while minimizing microplastic contamination risks.

  • 03 Eco-Conscious Coating Technology
    Water-based coating applications are implemented for interior lining processes. This approach reduces plastic pollution and holds Home Compostable certification compliance.
Environmentally Friendly Packaging: Dual Protection Of Reduced Design.

Material Innovation: Recyclable kraft paper is used for the outer packaging, combined with environmentally friendly ink printing technology.


Packaging Optimization: Reduce excessive packaging. Optimize the packing ratio, and increase transportation space utilization by 5% through modular design.

Sustainable Production Process
  • Clean Energy
    A 5,000 m² solar PV array with a total capacity of 460.04 kW. In 2024, the solar photovoltaic system generated 698,000 kWh of electricity, equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 189,856 kg.
  • Pollution Control Equipment
    VOC Treatment: The printing workshop's VOC abatement system achieves over 95% purification efficiency by capturing exhaust gases at the source, processing them through high-efficiency UV photocatalytic oxidation, sanitizing air ducts and filter surfaces, and implementing comprehensive three-dimensional purification of industrial exhaust.
    Water Circulation System: The RO pure water treatment system achieves an 80% reuse rate for production water, enabling annual water conservation exceeding 120,000 tons.
  • Waste Segregation and Recycling
    A production waste segregation and recycling program converts manufacturing scrap into eco-friendly recycled cartons.
